Conchas Sewer Repairs

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.

1. 1. In accordance with these specifications the Contractor shall supply all plant, labor, materials, appurtenances, equipment, shop facilities, supervision, tools, staging, and any other items necessary to replace and/or refurbish the Conchas Dam Southside Recreation Area Dump Station and Sewage Lift Station. Verify all existing conditions, dimensions, and quantities prior to start of work..
   2. Provide a fully functional dump station and sewage lift station. The lift station must be capable of handling waste influent from the Conchas Southside Lodge, the Ranger Station and the adjacent Southside Campground dump station. The Lift Station must be able to pump all waste through the existing forced main into the two sewage pits located .5 miles SE of the lift station. This contract does not address the sewer lines leading into or the forced main flowing out of the lift station.
