Concept Development and Experimentation Support for CEAD, Aviation CDID

Background
The solicitation is for a non-personnel services contract to provide Subject Matter Expertise and operational support to concept development and experimentation processes. The primary purpose of the required support is the development of Aviation future concepts, required capabilities, studies, and gap analysis. The contract may involve access to proprietary or source selection information and may create Organizational Conflict of Interests (OCI) as defined in Subpart 9.5.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide services for development and coordination of Army Aviation concepts, evaluation of capability gaps, experimentation, study planning and execution, and maintenance of experimentation equipment. This includes providing SME in Aviation operations, conducting studies and analysis for future aviation systems, supporting learning and experimentation events, analyzing various aviation formations, participating in combat development events, maintaining databases and lessons learned, providing operational support for joint combined arms exercises, developing deliverables such as recommendations reports, event reports, assessments, and more.

The place of performance includes various locations such as Ft Novosel, AL; Huntsville, AL; Carlisle Barracks, PA; Ft Leavenworth, KS; Ft Eustis, VA; Ft Moore, GA; Ft Sill, OK.
