Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the principal agency of the U.S. government responsible for investigating violations of over 260 federal statutes. The FBI is seeking to procure tactical and concealment holsters to support its agents, who may face high-threat situations requiring the use of firearms. The goal of this contract is to provide durable holsters that meet specific operational requirements for the Glock 17M Gen5 MOS and Glock 19M Gen5 MOS pistols.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of two styles of holsters: Concealment Holster and Tactical Holster. Key specifications include:
- **Holster Types**:
- **Concealment Holster**: For daily wear and concealment.
- **Tactical Holster**: For tactical situations.
- **Pistol Compatibility**: Must fit Glock 17M Gen5 MOS and Glock 19M Gen5 MOS in various configurations, including those equipped with optical sights and pistol-mounted lights (Streamlight TLR-7A and TLR-7X).
- **Durability Requirements**: Holsters must be made from durable materials, corrosion-resistant, and maintain strict manufacturing quality controls.
- **Design Specifications**:
- Must allow a vertical draw angle between 0-10 degrees, with an optional canting capability not exceeding 15 degrees.
- Must accommodate both left- and right-handed users.
- Tactical holsters must include an active retention device; concealment holsters do not require this but may include it.
- **Delivery Requirements**: Holsters must be delivered within 90 days after receipt of order, shipped FOB Destination to all FBI locations within CONUS and OCONUS.

Period of Performance
Five (5) years with a base year and four (4) option years.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various FBI locations within the continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
