COMSEC Managerial Security Support Services

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division, Air & Ground Contracting Branch, located at Lackland AFB, TX, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Communication Security Managerial Support services. This contract supports the Colombian Joint Staff under the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA, Case CO-D-GAK) between the United States Department of Defense and the Colombian Joint Staff. The goal of this contract is to provide non-personal managerial support in communication security.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Communication Security Managerial Support services which include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Managing communication security operations and providing oversight to ensure effective implementation of security measures.
- Collaborating with the Colombian Joint Staff to enhance their communication security capabilities.
- Conducting assessments and audits of communication security practices.
- Providing training and guidance on communication security protocols to relevant personnel.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations specified by the Colombian Joint Staff as part of the support agreement.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
- Must possess a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status at Level 2 or higher for all information systems used in performance of the contract that process, store, or transmit Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Must demonstrate relevant experience in providing communication security support services.
