Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines Service Contract   3

Background
This contract is issued by the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) to provide preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines.
The mission of the agency is to ensure the operational readiness of military equipment, and this contract aims to maintain the functionality and reliability of CNC machines critical for various defense operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:
1. Access proprietary data and information related to Government operations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
2. Provide preventative maintenance services for CNC machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
3. Conduct unscheduled repairs as needed, responding promptly to any breakdowns or malfunctions.
4. Follow safety and environmental compliance requirements as outlined in attachments provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
5. Ensure all personnel complete required training, including Anti-Terrorism Level I Training, OPSEC Training, iWATCH Training, and Information Assurance Training within specified timeframes.
6. Submit a plan to mitigate any Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) that may arise during contract performance.

The services will be performed at Tobyhanna Army Depot located in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania.
