As of 18 June 2024, Attchment 04, TEP Worksheet - Price List, has been revised and attached with updates made to CLIN 51.

As of 13 June 2024, Attachment 01 - Statement of Work has been revised and attached with updates made to Sections 3.11.26, 6.19, and 6.15.2. Attachment 5 Brand Name Class J&A is hereby incorporated in the CSS.

As of 10 June 2024, Attachment 01 Statement of Work has been revised with updates made to Section 11.1 and Attachment 04 Combined TEP worksheet/Price List has been revised to reflect updates to CLIN 0005 and 0021.

For clarification only:

• CLIN 0021 & CLIN 0022 do not require Subline Items (0021AA, 0021AB, 0022AA, 0022AB), as they are for additional pallets and can be used in either stand alone or FMS configuration for the respective FMS size and machine model.
• After the BPA is issued, Vendors can quote pricing lower than what is listed in the vendor's Price List.
• After the BPA is issued, for certain CLINs that are directly influenced by the end user location, destination/delivery information will be listed on the call/order. Vendors will have 3 business days per the ordering schedule to provide an accurate quote to reflect final installation.

Combined Synopsis Soliciation (CSS) for the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Equipment and Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) BPA Program.

This is a CSS for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the one posted here.

The Department of Defense, United States Air Force has a brand name requirement to procure commercial Starrag or Starrag subsidiary subtractive manufacturing grinding, lathes, and milling machines Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS), accessories, and associated services.

This CSS will close 20 June 2024 at 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please read all of the attached documentation and submit responses no later than this time.
