(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) Solicitation Number 831505571 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87.

(iv) This acquisition is being set-aside for small businesses utilizing the NAICS code 541511 and accompanying small business size standard of $27,500,000.

(xiii) No additional contract requirements or terms and conditions (contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) have been determined applicable.

(xiv) No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is applicable.
