Compute and Store IT Support Services

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is responsible for developing and sustaining a cloud-based platform that enables cyber operations across the Department of Defense (DoD).

The Unified Platform (UP) program office aims to provide USCYBERCOM Operational Forces with a Joint cyber operations infrastructure that supports full-spectrum cyberspace operations as part of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA). This contract seeks to provide Provisioning and DevSecOps Platform Services to UP customers, facilitating software deployment over Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines and managing compute and storage resources effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will deliver technical methods, techniques, and concepts that are agile, innovative, practical, cost-effective, and conducive to the development, operations, and management of Compute and Store Services. Key tasks include:

1. Providing development and engineering services for administration, resource management, orchestration, and abstraction of cloud-vendor and on-prem IT assets.
2. Automating the provisioning and management of IT compute and storage resources.
3. Supporting UP customers in developing software via CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications on UP hosted platforms.
4. Ensuring compliance with IT enterprise architecture and business needs through in-depth knowledge in requirement elicitation, application design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and management of compute and store resources.
