Compressor Preventive Maintenance

Background
The Air Force Reserve Command, specifically the 911th Airlift Wing located in Coraopolis, PA, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Preventive Maintenance Services for Ingersoll Rand Compressors and associated Air Systems and Dryers.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness, efficiency, and longevity of the compressed air systems through a manufacturer-compliant scheduled maintenance program. This acquisition is set aside for 100% Small Business Concerns.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive maintenance services for the compressed air systems located at the 911th Airlift Wing. The contractor is responsible for all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on the specified equipment. Maintenance must adhere to the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) recommendations and industry best practices.

Specific tasks include:
1. Scheduled Preventive Maintenance: Systematic inspection, care, and servicing as detailed in Appendix A to detect and correct potential failures before they occur. Services shall be performed at monthly, annual, or hour-based intervals as specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation.
2. Unscheduled/Corrective Maintenance: If a malfunction is discovered during scheduled service, repair efforts must cease immediately. The contractor must ensure equipment safety and report issues to the on-site Government Point of Contact (POC), providing a diagnostic report and cost estimate for required repairs. Corrective maintenance will require separate authorization.
3. Contractor Qualifications: The contractor must be an OEM-certified service distributor for Ingersoll Rand equipment with technicians who are factory-trained and certified by Ingersoll Rand with a minimum of two years of verifiable experience servicing the specific models listed.
