Background
The contract is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, which is part of the Department of the Navy (DON). The mission of NAVFAC is to provide facilities engineering support to the Navy and Marine Corps.

This contract aims to procure Environmental Engineering Support Services for the Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action Navy (CLEAN) program, focusing on environmental restoration efforts across various regions including the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, NAVFAC Washington, NAVFAC EURAFCENT, and Puerto Rico.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services that include program management and technical environmental services in support of DON's Environmental Restoration Program (ERP). This encompasses tasks related to the Installation Restoration Program (IRP), Munitions Response Program (MRP), and similar programs at any DON or Marine Corps site within NAVFAC Atlantic’s Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The geographical scope includes Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, with occasional work in Europe and other DoD installations. The contractor may also be tasked to provide services to any NAVFAC Command or other Federal agency activities worldwide. The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with no dollar limit per task order or per year. Individual task orders will detail specific work requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year with four one-year option periods that may be exercised at the Government's discretion based on workload and performance satisfaction.

Place of Performance
The primary locations for performance include Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and potentially Europe and other DoD installations nationwide.
