COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPPORT (CFSS)   2

Background
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking comprehensive financial services support (CFSS) to facilitate budget and funds management, financial management and analysis, program cost analysis, operational cost analysis, billing rate development, billing and revenue, resource advisor (budget), and command initiatives and business processes. The primary place of performance for all services will be at Scott Air Force Base, IL. Telework is allowable with prior Government coordination.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all requirements detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including service delivery summary (SDS) objectives such as AMC and SDDC Quarterly Execution Analysis Reports, Rate Development Automation and Data Analysis Program, Cost Products, and Cyber-Incident Reporting. The contractor shall also provide general information support in administrative actions related to the particular document such as staffing actions, acquisition packages, updates, processing and subsequent filing. Contractor employees shall be controlled, directed and supervised at all times by management personnel of the contractor. The contractor's management shall ensure that employees properly comply with the performance standards outlined in this PWS and as required by the CO or COR.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract shall consist of a base period with four option periods. The PoP start date is 1 October 2022. The base period is from 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023 with option periods extending to 30 September 2027.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance for all services will be at Scott Air Force Base (SAFB), IL. Telework is allowable with prior Government coordination.
