Complete Facilities O&M Jackman and Coburn Gore LPOE

Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), specifically the Public Buildings Service (PBS) and the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), is issuing a justification for a 12-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to ensure the continuity of essential facilities services at the Jackman and Coburn Gore Land Ports of Entry.

The goal is to avoid a lapse in critical building services due to the impending expiration of the current Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract.

Work Details
The services required under this BPA include:
- Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
- Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) maintenance
- Custodial services
- Grounds Maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Landscaping
- Trash services.

These are standard services with provisions for additional above-standard services as needed. The BPA will consist of a 6-month base period followed by a 6-month option period. The total estimated value of the contract is $648,558.88, which includes fixed-price recurring services and potential additional services.

The contract will be performed over a 12-month period, consisting of a 6-month base period and a 6-month option period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at two locations: Jackman Land Port of Entry, 2614 Main Street, Sandy Bay Township, ME 04945; and Coburn Gore Land Port of Entry, International Boundary Line Route 27 Coburn Gore, ME 04936.
