COMPETITIVE–Binocular Night Vision Device (BNVD) Helmet Mounts   3

SOLICITATION

AMENDMENT 0004:

This amendment is issued to:
1) Amend the Facemask Weight requirement found in paragraph 3.1.5.6 of Binocular Night Vision Device Mount Performance Specification FROM: The facemask mounting system weight (excluding helmet mount and hardw are) shall not exceed 208 grams; TO: The facemask mounting system w eight (excluding helmet mount and hardw are) shall not exceed 250 grams.
2) Amend the adjustment range requirement found in paragraphs 3.1.1.3, 3.1.2.3, and 3.1.5.3 from a distance not less than 35mm to a distance not less than 33mm.
3) Amend the Statement of Work titled, Binocular Night Vision Device Helmet Mount (VAS BNVD Helmet Mount), to add shroud to paragraph 3.2.2 (Parts List)

AMENDMENT 0003:

This amendment is issued to:

1) Extend the closing date of the RFP from 30 September 2021 to 14 October 2021. Time of 2PM is unchanged.

2) Update Addendum 52.212-1 to state The offeror shall contact past performance references directly and request that they complete and submit directly to the agency, the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) (Attachment (03) Past Performance Questionnaire) to mark.v.dravet.civ@us.navy.mil in accordance w ith the timeline set in Block 8 of SF1449, Page 1 of the Solicitation.

AMENDMENT 0002:

This amendment is issued to:
1) Change the Distribution Statement from D to A on the Performance Specification (PS).
2) Performance Specification w as amended at 3.1 and 3.1.5 to allow, if needed, Government Furnished Equipment.

AMENDMENT 0001:

This amendment is issued to:
1) RFP closing date is extended from 13 August 2021 to 30 September 2021. Time of 2PM is unchanged.
2) Add Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) and directions pertaining to the PPQ in Addendum 1 52.212-1.
3) Product sample directions are amended to allow product samples to have company proprietary markings. The Government prefers that all product samples be submitted without proprietary markings but product samples with proprietary markings are acceptable.
4) Remove paragraph 3.1.1 of the SOW 3.1.1 and reference to SOW 3.1.1 in the CLINs. SOW 3.1.1 referenced a quick reference guide that the Government is no longer asking from the vendors.
