Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services in the Dallas, Texas area. These services will have to be provided within a 12 mile radius of the Earl Cabell Federal Bulding, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75202 and within 1 2 mile walk to the bus stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on November 01, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on October 31, 2025. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.

Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 125

Substance Abuse Treatment Services:

Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 125 inmates = 125 assessments

Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 125 inmates = 125 assessments

Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 36 units (per inmate) x 125 inmates = 4500 units

Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 60 units (per inmate) x 125 inmates = 7500 units

Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 9 units (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 90 units

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Statement of Work, Community Treatment Services, September 2017. The request for quote will be available on or after August 13, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.Beta.SAM.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date is on or about August 28, 2020.

This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
