Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) seeks a contractor to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) by telehealth services only (TeleMAT) to male and female offenders in community placement in Residential Reentry Centers, on Home Confinement (HC), or on Federal Location Monitoring.

All TeleMAT services must be provided by practitioners licensed and certified to provide MAT in the states where services will be rendered.

TeleMAT services must be delivered by telehealth only and must be provided to Bureau offenders residing in the following locations (at a minimum): Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. TeleMAT services may expand to additional locations to provide MAT to offenders residing in states not listed.

Performance periods under this contract will be from May 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 with a possible six-month extension period.

TeleMAT Buprenorphine Follow-Up and Report= 200 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 725 Units Estimated Maximum

TeleMAT Naltrexone Follow-Up and Report= 90 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 425 Units Estimated Maximum

TeleMAT Buprenorphine Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 40 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 125 Units Estimated Maximum

TeleMAT Naltrexone Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 15 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 75 Units Estimated Maximum

Medication-Assisted Treatment Services Six-Month Extension

Medication-Assisted Treatment Services:

TeleMAT Buprenorphine Follow-Up and Report= 120 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 600 Units Estimated Maximum

TeleMAT Naltrexone Follow-Up and Report= 50 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 300 Units Estimated Maximum

TeleMAT Buprenorphine Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 25 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 100 Units Estimated Maximum

TeleMAT Naltrexone Psychiatric Evaluation & Report= 10 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 60 Units Estimated Maximum

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Statement of Work, Community Treatment Services, Medication-Assisted Treatment, February 2022. The request for quote will be available on or after April 5, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.SAM.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about April 15, 2022.

This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
