Community Information Specialist (Baumholder)

Background
The purpose of this RFI/SS is to engage with industry early to answer questions, have open discussion, and identify potential vendors based on the attached set of draft requirements for Community Information Specialist with Army Community Service (ACS) in support of an Army Installation in Europe. This RFI/SS is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an IFB, RFP, or RFQ in the future.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to access data and information proprietary to a Government agency, another Government Contractor, or of such nature that its dissemination or use other than as specified in this work statement would be adverse. The Contractor shall not use, disclose, or reproduce proprietary data, which bears a restrictive legend, other than as specified in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide a signed non-disclosure agreement prior to commencement of work under the contract.

The Contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under this contract may receive, have access to or participate in the development of proprietary or source selection information and shall notify the immediately whenever he/she becomes aware that such access or participation may result in any actual or potential OCI. The Contractor shall have personnel on board during the 3 days phase in/phase out periods and ensure safety and environmental compliance. Additionally, the Contractor and all associated subcontractors will complete various training requirements including Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training, OPSEC Training, iWATCH Training, Information Assurance (IA) Training, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) training, Customer Service Training and Authorization to Perform Services in Germany.
