Background
The Infrastructure Line of Business (IFLOB) HC33, J9 Hosting and Compute, DISA is seeking information from potential sources for: Infrastructure engineering, automation development, implementation and integrations services, and operational support services. The anticipated period of performance (PoP) will consist of one base year with four (4), 12–month option periods.
The anticipated Place of Performance is various DISA facilities including: Columbus, OH, Montgomery, AL, Mechanicsburg, PA, Fort Meade, MD, Scott Air Force Base, IL, Oklahoma City, OK.

Work Details
The required capabilities include providing secure, reliable, and economical network design engineering and solution development to Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Partners for cloud-based and non-cloud-based systems and workloads hosted on and off premise. Additionally, the contractor must provide 24x7x365 network operations to ensure proper sustainment of all managed network infrastructure devices and hosted workload.
Other required capabilities include deploying and sustaining innovative technology-based network infrastructure solutions by implementing standardized best practices, processes, and technology to allow for successful implementation of business solutions focused on performance, cost, and sustainability. The contractor must also have experience with automation orchestration & development as well as meeting specific security clearance and technical level requirements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance will be from July 12, 2025 through July 11, 2030.
