Common Robotic System (Individual) CRS(I)

This is a solicitation which will result in the award of up to two IDIQ contracts for the Common Robotic System (Individual) CRS(I). CRS(I) is a robotic systems made up of a mobility platform, payloads, and an Operator Control Unit (OCU). CRS(I) shall operate in all types of missions to detect, identify, and counter hazards by providing a common chassis (platform) for multiple mission payloads. CRS(I) is transportable via a backpack by Warfighters conducting dismounted operations.

The IDIQ contracts will be a hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type. EMD1 and EMD2 will consist of CPFF, and LRIP and FPF will be on a FFP basis. This effort is solicited as full and open, source selection trade off under solicitation number W56HZV-17-R-0065.
