Common IT Solutions Software Delivery (CITSSD) - "Hickory 2"

The purpose of this TASK ORDER REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (TORP) is to provide technical support services for the delivery of consistent, modern and cost-effective business solutions for FPAC and other agencies that FPAC supports today and in the future through support of FBCSS related programs as assigned for example: Common Services, Authorization Services, Web Tools, Authentication support, architectural and development support of the agency, and support for access management processes. This will include but not be limited to project management, requirements determination, solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration, construction, unit testing, integration testing, certification testing support, performance testing support, deployment support, maintenance and re-factoring, data integration and Tier 3 production support in compliance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Operations Standards, of existing and new custom, COTS or hybrid systems. The Contractor shall provide technical support as needed for audits, security requirements, special reporting requests, as well as other oversight activities (including OMB A-123 requirements, OMB300/eCPIC requirements and IV & V oversight).
