Common Display System (CDS) Sustainment, Installation, Procurement, and Engineering Services - N6339420R0013   3

Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals for the limited manufacture, assembly, and test of Common Display System equipment, spares, and associated technical services. Sources Sought Notice No. N6339418R0013 posted to FBO.gov on 11 July 2018 provides additional information regarding the requirement.
The Specifications/Drawing package will be provided via DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/) upon written request from the Offeror to terren.jo@navy.mil and shane.m.schmidt1@navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certification Program. Please provide your name, title, email address, company name, and company CAGE Code.
Offerors may submit comments regarding solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist at terren.jo@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at shane.m.schmidt1@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after 10 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date.

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Provide responses to industry questions received to date; (2) Revise the Statement of Work in Section C to remove paragraphs 5.1.11 and 5.1.12; (3) Revise L-215-H007 to extend the deadline for receipt of questions; (4) Remove and replace Attachment J-1 in its entirety to correct the solicitation number; and (5) Extend the proposal due date. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Provide responses to industry questions received to date; (2) Revise the Price-Cost Template; (3) Revise CLIN structure; (4) Revise CDRL A057; and (5) Revise Section C. AMENDMENT 0012 : The purpose of this amendment is to (1) extend the receipt of offers to 04 January 2021; (2) Revise Section L; and (3) Revise the Contracting Officer's contact information in Section G.
