Background
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only, seeking information from firms interested in providing a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software for facilities tracking and management. The FDA is interested in identifying capable contractors for this service and receiving industry feedback to improve the acquisition process as part of market research.

Work Details
The objectives of the COTS-based solution include the deployment of a single platform for tracking and managing various facilities-related projects, dashboards, reports, data gathering, and templates to enable standardized project status assessment. The solution should be accessible via web browser for all functionality and mobile device-enabled for field-use functionality. It should also be a cloud enterprise IWMS application provisioned on FedRAMP and compatible with FDA’s IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. The platform, applications, and modules will be provided as Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS), with implementation support services needed for adaptation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and security.
