Description

Provide management, administrative and production services, material, tools, equipment, and required support to accomplish the Commercial Industrial Services hullboard lagging repair/replace for various US Naval ships and other Government vessels within a 50 mile radius of the greater San Diego, CA area and may include work to be performed in the Oceanside, CA area.
The Contractor will be required to provide all labor services and material in accordance with the attached specification package and all applicable Government specifications and regulations.

This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) one-year options. Performance of work will be predominantly on the West Coast of the United States. The applicable NAICS code is 336611 Ship Building and Repair. Award will be based on best-value tradeoff procurement utilizing past performance, technical and price as evaluation factors. FAR 52.216-27 Single or Multiple Awards (OCT 1995) applies. This is a follow-on procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
