Provide all management, administrative services, materials, tools, equipment, labor, and any required services/support to provide for Commercial Industrial Services (CIS), various sized man-lifts and scissor-lifts in support of the repair and upgrade of U.S. Naval ships and other Government vessels within a 50-mile radius of San Diego, CA which may include Oceanside, CA.

This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) one year options. The applicable NAICS code is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. Award will be based on best-value procurement utilizing price and past performance as evaluation factors. FAR 52.216-27 Single or Multiple Awards (OCT 1995) applies. This is a follow-on procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
