This special notice issues a DRAFT Solicitation HC101924R0004 for Industry comment. This draft solicitation is for a full and open competition procurement to support the DISA Commercial Ethernet Gateway Hawaii (CEG-HI) telecommunications initiative. The purposes of the resulting contracts are to migrate to Ethernet-based services to eliminate legacy technology and reduce telecommunications costs. DISA proposes to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, under which task orders may be issued for various Federal Organizations.

This draft solicitation is available for review to all interested parties through the Systems for Award Management website at www.sam.gov, as an attachment to this special notice. This draft solicitation is composed of the 1) draft solicitation, 2) draft PWS attachments A-F, and 3) draft solicitation exhibits 1-6 (except exhibit 3, DD254 due to uploading issues).

Industry comments, questions and recommendations regarding the draft document shall be submitted via e-mail to jodie.s.onaga-nuttall.civ@mail.mil and ryan.g.lee.civ@mail.mil by August 30, 2024, 0800 HST.

While the Government may or may not respond to comments for clarity, this feedback will be evaluated and may be incorporated into the final solicitation.
