This solicitation notice is issued to inform industry that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC), 477 Essex Street, Building 77, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii 96860 has released solicitation no. HC1019-24-R-0004 for a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to support the DISA Commercial Ethernet Gateway (CEG-HI) initiative. The purpose of the resulting contract is to migrate to Ethernet-based services to eliminate legacy technology and reduce telecommunications costs.

This acquisition will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation method. Period of performance is ten years (5-year base period, one 3-year option period and one 2-year option period), if all options are exercised. The NAICS code is 517111.

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC) is issuing solicitation no. HC1019-24-R-0004 for a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to support the DISA Commercial Ethernet Gateway (CEG-HI) initiative.

The goal of this contract is to migrate to Ethernet-based services, eliminating legacy technology and reducing telecommunications costs. This acquisition will be evaluated using the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation method.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks and services:
1. CEG Gateway Build (NRC) as per PWS paragraph 6.2.1, PWS ATCH A, and EX 1.
2. CEG Gateway Service (MRC) as per PWS paragraph 6.2.1, PWS ATCH A, and EX 1.
3. 1GB EVC Installation (NRC) as per PWS paragraph 6.2.2, PWS ATCH A, and EX 1.
4. 1GB EVC Service (MRC) as per PWS paragraph 6.2.2, PWS ATCH A, and EX 1.
5. Additional tasks include installation and service for various EVC capacities (10GB, 100GB), expedited services, TSP assignments, NS/EP provisioning, physical diversity setups, demarc infrastructure modifications, VLAN modifications, and task order cancellation fees as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work must comply with the outlined specifications in the referenced documents.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is ten years total: a five-year base period followed by one three-year option period and one two-year option period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
