The purpose of this amendment is to extend the open period of this open and continuous solicitation to obtain commercially available data on behalf of the Department of Commerce (DOC) through a Commercial Data Hub Pilot Program. The Government anticipates that the solicitation will remain open through December 31, 2025.

Background
This is an open and continuous procurement to obtain commercially available data on behalf of the Department of Commerce (DOC) through a Commercial Data Hub Pilot Program. The solicitation and any resulting contract is issued utilizing Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented in Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Work Details
The purpose of this Statement of Work is to obtain commercially available data on behalf of DOC under a Commercial Data Hub pilot program. The Data Hub pilot consists of an open and continuous procurement under which sources may submit proposals for delivery of commercial data within the general subject areas identified herein. The scope of this requirement encompasses commercially available data within the general subject areas identified below including but not limited to the specific data sets referenced herein.
