Command Strategic Leadership Support Services

Background
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking to establish a contract for Command Strategic Leadership Support Services. This initiative aims to support various teams within NAVAIR, including the Command Flag Office, Corporate Operations Group, Business Financial Management Competency, Joint Strike Fighter front office, and the Washington Liaison Office.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive research and analysis, strategic initiative support, executive leadership management support, and administrative, operational, and technical program support.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a wide range of tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which includes:

1. Research and Analysis Support: Conduct research on DoD and DoN strategic initiatives; analyze impacts on NAVAIR; benchmark best practices; perform forecasting analysis; and provide recommendations for information systems.

2. Strategic Initiatives/Planning Support: Plan and implement mandated actions; facilitate process improvement projects; edit documentation for strategic initiatives; collect and analyze data for metrics tracking.

3. Executive Leadership Management Support: Coordinate executive meetings; develop agendas; manage day-to-day operations for NAVAIR leadership; prepare reports and briefings; facilitate data gathering for leadership forums.

4. Administrative Duties: Provide visitor control; manage travel orders through DTS; maintain corporate reference files; coordinate office equipment maintenance.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The majority of work will be performed at government sites including NAVAIR Headquarters in Patuxent River, MD, the Washington Liaison Office in Arlington, VA, and other specified locations.
