Description


This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a comprehensive range of support services, detailed in the RFP package, in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and in particular, immediate staff of AIR 00 and direct reporting teams, the NAVAIR Command Strategic Leadership Support Team (AIR 7.0), the Business & Financial Management Competency, the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) front office, and the NAVAIR Washington Liaison Office (WLO).

It is anticipated that this requirement will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to ONLY registered 8(a) companies. It is further anticipated this will be a non-performance based, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) effort with a non-performance based level of effort of 541,440 man-hours over a five (5) year period of performance.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Proposal Submission deadline is no later than Tuesday, 30 April 2019 at 11:00AM EST as detailed in the RFP.
