Command Pe Software - Service

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC/IHD) is seeking to procure Command PE software maintenance renewal to support war games and tabletop exercises.

This requirement is part of the Department of Navy's mission to enhance training and simulation capabilities through advanced software solutions. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary licenses and support for the CommandPE software, which is crucial for realistic training scenarios.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide two (2) Command PE Premium licenses along with six (6) months of standard software support.

The CommandPE software will include all standard features and functionalities as described on the official website, with additional capabilities tailored for war games and tabletop exercises. It will allow users to create immersive scenarios by integrating custom aircraft, scenery, and weather conditions. The contractor must ensure compatibility with the latest version of Microsoft Windows and provide technical support, updates, installation assistance, and documentation for using CommandPE. The application is approved under the Department of Navy Application & Database Management System (DADMS#106388).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be six months from the date of award, specifically from October 2, 2024, to March 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC/IHD), located at 4081 N. Jackson Road Bldg 841, Indian Head, MD 20640-5070.
