Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior NIWC Pacific work under contract N6600123C4700 awarded to Cubrc (approximately $9.96M, 12/08/22–12/07/26). The prior effort included software installation/configuration in the C2X environment, test engineering for operational readiness of C2X demonstrations and Navy exercises, and development of automated test cases/QA, along with data engineering, software development, DevSecOps, and data pipeline automation. These activities align closely with the current requirement for requirements analysis, systems/software engineering, cybersecurity, integration, testing, and program support to modernize Tactical Fleet Command Centers and Maritime Operations Centers using ML/AI approaches.
