Command Center Console(s)

Background
The Agency Force Protection has acquired a newly built Command Center for Emergency Operations Communication to respond effectively during internal or external emergencies. This procurement is essential for ensuring the safety and security of GPO personnel and assets, providing necessary technology and equipment for emergency personnel.

The project has been approved by the Joint Capital Planning (JCP) and is integral to the Command Center Project.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of furniture and technology to facilitate an operational command center, including:

- (2) Two Command Center Operations Consoles capable of holding (6) six monitors, a desktop system, and phone lines;
- (1) Conference room table with Technology;
- (1) Project Management Audio Visual Technology;
- (10) Chairs and desk for Roll Call;
- (1) Server for Motorola Radios.

Specific tasks include high-pressure laminate panel finishes, ergonomic work surfaces, heavy-duty lift columns, various power management systems, and installation of audio-visual equipment such as Samsung displays and VuWall systems. The system must support multiple video sources and be scalable for various operational needs.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the GPO Central Complex located at 732 North Capitol St NW, Washington, DC 20401.
