Comcast Phone and Internet Service Renewal

Background
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is issuing a solicitation for the renewal of phone and internet services for the Command Warfare Group 6 (CWG-6).

The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable communication infrastructure that supports operational effectiveness and enhances connectivity for personnel. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price agreement, specifically targeting Comcast Business as the sole source provider.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
- Internet Services:
- Maintain high-speed internet service with a minimum bandwidth of 500 Mbps.
- Implement secure network protocols to meet organizational security standards.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.

- Phone and Fax Services:
- Maintain current phone lines and services, including one dedicated fax line.
- Configure phone systems, including voicemail and call routing features.
- Deliver training sessions for personnel on system usage.
- Offer continuous service maintenance and support for phone systems.

- Cable Television Services:
- Provide and maintain cable television subscriptions and necessary equipment for three designated television sets within the CWG-6 facility.

Performance Standards include maintaining internet uptime of 99.9%, supporting concurrent calls without degradation in phone service, and ensuring reliable access to cable TV services.

Period of Performance
The contract will include a base period of performance lasting 12 months, followed by four optional periods of 12 months each that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Cryptologic Warfare Group Six, located at 306 Sentinel Dr., Suites 175 & 350, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701.
