Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Comcast Internet Services specifically for DLA Information Operations in Philadelphia. The goal of this contract is to provide reliable internet services to support the operational needs of the DLA Troop Support located at 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Comcast Internet Services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Section 508 accessibility requirements. The contractor must deliver services that conform to Revised 508 Standards, ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

The contractor will also need to submit an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each ICT item offered, detailing how they meet applicable standards. Additionally, the contractor is required to provide pricing that does not exceed vendor rates and may include discounts. An award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
