The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, is issuing this solicitation for a non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation to award a firm fixed-price contract for a service agreement for BD Biosciences Flow Cytometer Service. This procurement is critical to support ongoing intramural translational research related to human and animal healthcare, ensuring that flow cytometers used in various clinical and research protocols remain operational and effective.

Work Details
The contractor must provide service (labor), preventative maintenance, and parts for six complete machines and their corresponding lasers. The contractor is required to ensure diagnosis of needed repairs within 24 hours and provide necessary service and parts within 48 hours of notification. Specific tasks include:

- Unlimited service visits during the term of the agreement, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- A guaranteed response time of one business day for emergency service requests.
- Onsite service performed during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
