Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is issuing this solicitation for pest control services at Calverton National Cemetery. The cemetery serves as a final resting place for veterans and their families, covering approximately 1,045 acres.

The goal of this contract is to provide exterminating and pest control services that adhere to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, ensuring the safety and dignity of the cemetery environment.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all equipment, supplies, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to provide exterminating and pest control services at Calverton National Cemetery located at 210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton NY 11933.

Services include:
- Monthly pest management evaluations and treatments in various areas including administration, committal areas, maintenance areas, public restrooms, and other visitation structures as needed.
- Implementation of IPM techniques which involve comprehensive pest lifecycle information and environmentally sensitive practices.
- Submission of detailed service reports within five business days after each service visit.
- All work must be performed in compliance with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 2, 2025 - January 1, 2026; Option Year 1: January 2, 2026 - January 1, 2027; Option Year 2: January 2, 2027 - January 1, 2028; Option Year 3: January 2, 2028 - January 1, 2029; Option Year 4: January 2, 2029 - January 1, 2030.
