Combined Synopsis 8(a) Sole Source to Native Hawaiian

Background
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED FM&C Directorate is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The purpose of this contract is to provide non-personal administrative support services to the Naval Medical Research Unit in San Antonio (NAMRU-SA). NAMRU-SA is a major research and development center focused on improving the survival, operational readiness, and safety of Department of Defense personnel through various research initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a full range of administrative services that include planning, coordinating, and executing various operational functions to meet both directorate-level objectives and the command mission. The services required encompass administrative support, financial management, information technology, logistics, and program management support services. The contractor will operate as an independent entity providing these non-personal services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a 6-month base period starting on August 1, 2025, followed by four additional 12-month options.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA).
