Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

a.) Extend the deadline for Proposals from 26 August 2021 to 3 September 2021 at 2:00pm (EST)

b.) Add CLINS 0016, 0017, 0026, 0027, 0036, 0037, 0046, 0047,1015, 1016, 1025, 1026, 1035, 1036, 1045, 1046, 2015, 2016, 2025, 2026, 2035, 2036, 2045, 2046, 3015, 3016, 3025, 3026, 3035, 3036, 3045, 3046, 4015, 4016, 4025, 4026, 4035, 4036, 4045, and 4046 for COVID Cleaning as a standard service.

c.) Remove Section C.6.12.4: Elevator Maintenance at the James Quillen Federal Building.

d.) Remove Section C.12.1.6.1 and incorporate COVID cleaning as a standard service in Section C.12.1.6.

e.) Provide answers to questions for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. No further questions will be accepted.

f.) Include as an attachment the following documents:

  1. Price Schedule Excel Spreadsheet
  2. Site Visit Sign-in Sheets
  3. Site Visit Slide Presentation
  4. Hire Dates List for Current Employees

g.) All other terms and conditions remain the same.
