Description

The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment (except for what's provided by the Government in paragraph 3.x) to assist and support the Expeditionary Center (EC) Staff A3/4/5/9 on site in collecting, validating, and disseminating Combat Support (CS) Air Force Tactics Techniques Procedures (AFTTP 3-4) (See Appendix A) to the Air Force. The contractor will compile gathered Lessons Learned (LL) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) to codify into tactical doctrine. The contractor will participate in the process to collect emerging tactics from around the world, evaluate that information in accordance with applicable Air Force references (see Appendix A), and disseminate the information to our operational Expeditionary Air Force.

Background
The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment (except for what’s provided by the Government in paragraph 3.x) to assist and support the Expeditionary Center (EC) Staff A3/4/5/9 on site in collecting, validating, and disseminating Combat Support (CS) Air Force Tactics Techniques Procedures (AFTTP 3-4) to the Air Force. The contractor will compile gathered Lessons Learned (LL) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) to codify into tactical doctrine. The mission of the A9X -Section is to provide emerging tactics to the Department of the Air Force that are relevant and timely – from day-to-day changes resulting from LL in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to long term changes brought on by new technology or equipment. The flight will lead a process to collect emerging tactics from around the world, evaluate that information through a formal vetting process, and disseminate the information to our operational Expeditionary Air Force in a timely manner.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to assist and support the EC Staff A3/4/5/9 on site in collecting, validating, and disseminating Combat Support (CS) Air Force Tactics Techniques Procedures (AFTTP 3-4) to the Air Force. This includes compiling gathered Lessons Learned (LL) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) into tactical doctrine. The contractor will participate in the process to collect emerging tactics from around the world, evaluate that information through a formal vetting process, and disseminate the information to our operational Expeditionary Air Force. Additionally, personnel filling these positions are not weather essential and will telework in the event of weather or other emergency as necessary per EC A3/4/5/9.
