Background
The Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group TWO (EODGRU TWO) is seeking advanced training for its personnel in critical combat skills. The goal of this contract is to enhance the proficiency of EODGRU TWO personnel in Advanced Tactical Shooting (ATS), Small Unit Tactics (SMUT) / Close Quarters Combat (CQC), Breaching, Explosive Access, and Tactical Driving Skills (TDS). This training aims to prepare them for integration with joint forces in various operational environments, thereby preserving force survivability and increasing combat lethality to support Major Combat Operations (MCO).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide three courses of instruction: a 12-day EOD Operator Course, a 5-day Enabler Course, and a 5-day Driver Training Course. The training will cover the following areas:

1. **EOD Operator Course** - This includes:
- **Phase 1 (5 Days)**: Advanced Tactical Shooting focusing on marksmanship skills, including pistol and carbine work, crew-served weapons familiarization, and various shooting techniques.
- **Phase 2 (3 Days)**: Small Unit Tactics covering land navigation, patrolling, camouflage techniques, and ambush tactics.
- **Phase 3 (2 Days)**: Close Quarters Combat tactics emphasizing tactical movement and entry procedures.
- **Phase 4 (2 Days)**: Breaching techniques for interior and exterior explosive and mechanical breaching.

2. **Enabler Course** - Similar structure to the EOD Operator Course but tailored for Mobile Dive and Salvage companies and Unmanned Systems Platoons.

3. **Driver Training Course** - Focused on developing driving skills in both on-road and off-road environments with live-fire drills incorporated into the training.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an ordering period from October 12, 2025, to October 11, 2028.

Place of Performance
Training will be conducted at a designated contractor facility capable of providing all necessary resources.
