Combat Field Service Equipment Team (CFSET) Services Request For Proposal (RFP)   2

The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (NCD) on behalf of the Product Manager Force Sustainment Systems (PM FSS), located at the Natick Soldier Systems Center is issuing a solicitation under the authority of FAR Part 15, for Combat Field Service Equipment Team (CFSET) Services in support of PM FSS missions for three teams; Technical Assistance Team (TAT), the Future Capabilities Integration Laboratory (FCIL) team, and the Fielding and Logistics Support Team (FLS). The Government is anticipating awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, (Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services -- Engineering Services), and the size standard is $16.5 Million.

Offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov prior to submission of proposals. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the Beta.Sam website as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and any/all amendments.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically no later than 3:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) 20 July 2020 to the DOD SAFE.

Offerors submitting proposals must follow the uploading instructions below in order to receive a link to drop off the proposal no later than (NLT) five (5) business days prior to the due date.
No paper copies, CD-ROMs or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Electronic Bid Submission is required through the Army's Electronic File Sharing Service, DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil). There are no user accounts for SAFE. Authentication is handled via email. Anyone has access to DOD SAFE, and the application is available for use by anyone. Instructions for uploading are as follows:

2. You will receive an email with the link to submit your drop-off.

3. Click the Add Files or Drag and Drop your files. For file description, enter W911QY20R0020-CONTRACTORNAME.

4. Click Upload button to send documents.
