Combat Environment Instrumentation Systems (CEIS)   13

The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for the support and sustainment of Combat Environment Instrumentation Systems (CEIS) on the Test and Evaluation and Training (T and T) ranges. This is a follow-on effort to IDIQ contracts N68936-17-D-0010 through -0015. The contractor will be required to deliver new and reconfigured range instrumentation systems components and equipment, as well as perform sustainment and upgrade of those systems. The contractor shall support the design and integration of those systems into the T and T ranges, and modify or upgrade existing hardware and software systems.

Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code's Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
