Colt M4 Carbines, Suppressors, and Flash Hiders

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of Project Manager - Solider Lethality (PM SL) awarded a contract, W15QKN-26-C-0005, to Colt's Manufacturing Company at 547 New Park Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110, pursuant to Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 3204(e)(4)(E), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-4(a) which states Full and open competition need not be provided for when precluded by the terms of an international agreement or a treaty between the United States and a foreign government or international organization, or the written directions of a foreign government reimbursing the agency for the cost of the acquisition of the supplies or services for such government. This contract is to procure Colt M4A1 Carbines, Suppressors, and Flash Hiders. Award was made 15 December 2025.
