Colorado Fingerprint Channeling

Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking to digitize fingerprints and transmit them to the state of Colorado for criminal history record information (CHRI). The agency's mission involves ensuring the security of the nation through effective background investigations. This contract aims to facilitate the processing of fingerprint data while adhering to various executive orders and laws that govern information handling.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for digitizing hardcopy fingerprint cards and electronically transmitting the prints along with associated Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to the Colorado state repository. The work includes safeguarding the confidentiality of all exchanged data.

DCSA will provide necessary applicant subject information via mailed hardcopy fingerprint forms (Standard Form 87 and FD258). The contractor must have an established relationship with the State of Colorado and demonstrate capabilities in conducting records verifications, fulfilling daily records requests, and providing fingerprint channeling services for CHRI information.

Period of Performance
The current contract period runs from July 11, 2020, to July 10, 2025. A new contract is anticipated to begin on July 11, 2025, consisting of a base period of one year with four optional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at the contractor's physical locations.
