Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights on vendor capabilities related to Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and 10 U.S. Code 4021.

This RFI serves as an augmentation to a previous RFI published on July 26, 2023. The goal is to identify potential vendors who can provide a replacement for the Color Weather Radar System (CWXR) on the KC-135 aircraft.

Work Details
The RFI seeks information regarding vendor capabilities under OTA, including:
1. Confirmation of willingness to propose under an OTA.
2. Status as a Nontraditional Defense Contractor (NDC) as defined in 10 U.S. Code 3014.
3. Identification of the OTA consortium membership if applicable.
4. Plans for partnering with an NDC if not classified as one.
5. Willingness to cover cost share requirements of at least one third of the total cost under an OTA if unable to partner with an NDC.
6. Any additional information relevant to the anticipated requirement.
