Description

The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for Medical Services for the Collbran Job Corps Center; Collbran, CO.
The required services include Physician Services and/or Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Services. The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through the Sam.gov website at https://sam.gov/ on or around December 18, 2025. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Sam.gov website.
Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Sam.gov website. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files.

This requirement is being solicited under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as authorized by FAR 13.000, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 13.106-2 (b).

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

Background
The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch is seeking medical services for the Collbran Job Corps Center located in Collbran, CO. The Job Corps program, administered by the U.S. Department of Labor, aims to assist at-risk youth and young adults by providing a range of services including healthcare, education, and vocational training.

This contract is intended to ensure that students at the center receive necessary medical care in compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor will provide on-site medical services for all students at the Collbran Job Corps Center, adhering to applicable federal laws, OSHA and HIPAA requirements, and state/local laws. Services include:
- Conducting initial physical examinations and developing treatment plans.
- Providing basic health care including examinations, assessments, treatment, prescriptions, immunizations, monitoring health conditions, recommending hospitalization, follow-up care, and prevention planning.
- Collaborating with other health professionals on campus to integrate medical services with wellness programs.
- Ensuring early identification and diagnosis of medical issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality of student health records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Reporting on health-related matters monthly to the Center Director.

Contractor personnel must have an active license to practice in Colorado and comply with all relevant regulations.
