Collaborating Center for Questionnaire Design and Evaluation Research (CCQDER) Mission Support Services

Background
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is the lead federal agency for protecting public health and safety. The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), part of the CDC, provides statistical information to guide health policies.

The Collaborating Center for Questionnaire Design and Evaluation Research (CCQDER) aims to improve the quality of Federal statistics by enhancing survey instruments' reliability and validity. This contract supports CCQDER's mission through management, maintenance, operation, support, and potential development of systems and applications.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a broad range of skilled personnel to assist CCQDER in various tasks:
1) Project Management;
2) Implementation, Maintenance, and Support of CCQDER Hardware, Systems, and Applications;
3) Managing Cognitive Interview Data;
4) Optional Task: Maintenance and Transition of Legacy Systems;
5) Remuneration Payment to Respondents;
6) Optional Task: Coordination of Advertisement Payments for Recruitment Efforts.

Specific tasks include establishing communication with CCQDER staff, scheduling meetings, managing confidentiality training for employees, overseeing project management in secure environments, maintaining hardware/software applications, managing cognitive interview data, coordinating advertisement payments for recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract period spans from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2031 with multiple option periods extending through this timeframe.

Place of Performance
Tasks are primarily performed onsite in Hyattsville, MD. Some tasks may allow for situational telework.
