The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) has a requirement for a rapidly transportable Cold Formed Steel Mobile Factory (CFSMF) system. The CFSMF provides the Naval Expeditionary Forces with the ability to construct permanent and semi-permanent steel structures at isolated and/or remote locations worldwide in support of its mission driven objectives. Mission profiles that the CFSMF would be utilized in include: constructing forward bases, providing humanitarian assistance, and conducting disaster relief operations.
