Cold Chain Digital Dataloggers

Background
The Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), managed by the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), is a national repository of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical supplies, and medical equipment stored in strategic locations around the nation.

These assets are designed to supplement state and local medical supplies and equipment during public health emergencies. The SNS mission is to ensure the availability and rapid deployment of life-saving pharmaceuticals, antidotes, vaccines, and medical supplies necessary to respond to biological, chemical, radiological, natural disasters, emerging infectious diseases, and other public health threats.

Work Details
This RFQ is issued for the purchase of Cold Chain Digital Dataloggers (DDL) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide disposable, USB, single-use, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) temperature digital dataloggers that meet the following minimum requirements:
- Able to operate continuously in ambient temperatures -30°C
- Temperature display in Celsius only
- Accurate within ±0.5°C between -20°C and +30°C
- Configurable sampling intervals from 1–15 minutes
- Electronically record temperatures monitoring two low temperature and two high temperature thresholds between -30°C and +50°C
- Device must indicate time and duration of a temperature breach (up to 6 days)
- LCD screen with run icon, device alarm status indicator, maximum temperature recorded reading, etc.

The total quantity required is 4,520 units.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to various Government-designated locations as specified in the contract.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Bidders must provide documentation supporting Buy American compliance prior to award. Offerors must demonstrate technical compliance with all minimum requirements specified in Section C.3.1 of the SOW.
