Amendment 002 purpose is to change the RFQ due date to January 12, 2026. The instructions are amended to reflect this date. There are no addtonal changes.

Background
The U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking an authorized reseller of Cohesity for the purpose of providing backup storage solutions for SAA data. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable and secure data storage in compliance with federal regulations.

Work Details
The Offeror must complete and submit a pricing table in Excel format, including mandatory vendor information. They must include any applicable End User License Agreements (EULA) and other referenced contracts. The Offeror must sign and return an addendum to commercial agreements, and provide a current statement from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their authorization to sell Cohesity products to the Federal Government.

If offering telecommunications equipment or high-impact/moderate-impact information systems, the Offeror must provide an OEM Statement of Compliance certifying adherence to Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020. The Offeror must ensure that all products are supplied directly from the OEM or authorized distributors within the USA, as foreign supply is not acceptable.

Quotations must include firm-fixed prices on a F.O.B. Destination basis, net of shipping/handling charges, and all terms and conditions must be submitted in full text with the quotation. The SAA reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet these requirements.
