The U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking an authorized reseller of Cohesity to provide backup storage solutions for SAA data. This initiative aligns with the SAA's mission to ensure secure and efficient data management within the Senate.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Cohesity backup storage services, which includes compliance with all Senate security regulations and procedures. The SAA retains the right to inspect and evaluate all goods and services provided under this order. If any goods or services do not conform to order requirements, the contractor may be required to correct or re-perform the services at no additional cost. The contractor must ensure that all services comply with the technical features and functionality as represented in their quotation. Additionally, any changes to the order must be negotiated and agreed upon before implementation, with provisions for unilateral changes by the SAA.
